How can we improve Fonts.com?

Favoriting and CSS issues

Why can't I add an entire family to my favorites? Why are favorites called 'Wish List' for webfonts? Why do I have to create individual classes for weights of a typeface instead of just calling them by css font-weight: 400, 500, etc (like Typekit supports)?

    Hi Jameson,

Thanks for the feedback! We once had the ability to add an entire family to the wishlist but we found that customers were inadvertently adding entire families, creating huge wishlists in some cases. In regards to the naming, this is a holdover from when Fonts.com was only desktop fonts and they are powered by the same system on the back end.

In regards to your questions about font weight, older mobile browsers do not support these conventions so we urge users to call the proper font weights by name.

    Rregards,
    Matt
